Return Policy

Using this website, you agree to accept I Adore Love Return Policy.

Due to the intimate nature of adult products, we can only accept returns of items that are defective or damaged.

Defective Policy

We strive to provide the best customer service in the wholesale sex toy industry. I Adore Love Return Policy is very simple. Products with manufacturing defects must be returned within 30 days from receipt. Contact us regarding a return. Please note that returns must include a return authorization number (RMA).

  • Your Account Manager will issue you an RMA # for the approved items
  • Please list all of your items, on a sheet of paper, that you are returning and place that paper inside the box you are shipping back to I Adore Love
  • Please put your Return Authorization Number (RMA # ) on your return box(es) to expedite the credit process
  • Once the item has been returned back and processed by our returns department, your credit memo will be sent to you via e-mail.

Please be aware that I Adore Love is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. We recommend you fully insure the return package order in the case it is lost or damaged. We also recommend that you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection.

Note:  For customers with multiple accounts, please make sure customer account number matches the items purchased in order to receive the proper credit, because our system verifies whether the customer requesting the credit has purchased an item for each account.

Refused/Returned Orders

The customer may be charged a 20% restocking fee and all shipping charges on refused orders. Orders can be re-shipped only with our customer’s approval and at an additional shipping cost.

Note: We will only process the items that were purchased directly from I Adore Love.

We are not responsible for stolen, lost or damaged packages with any carrier. For your protection, we recommend using a carrier such as UPS or FedEx: they provide insurance and proof of delivery.

Damaged Products

All merchandise leaves our distribution warehouse in perfect condition. All damaged goods must be reported to I Adore Love within 7 days from the receipt of goods. A claim must be filed at the time of delivery with the carrier if the package has exterior damage, has been opened or re-taped. Make sure the driver notes the damage, if or when possible; we kindly asks you to take pictures of the damages to help document your claim. Furthermore we also ask that you save the original cartons and packing material for the carrier to inspect, since this is required by all carriers. Contact us with your damage claim reference number assigned by your carrier and we will be there to support you.

Discontinued, Sale or Special Ordered Items

No discontinued, sale or special ordered items will be eligible for a return credit.
