Shipping is charged by a flat rate by the weight of the package.
Larger, heavier items will cost more to ship than smaller items that weigh lighter.
Grouping items together will lower your per-item costs for shipping.

Discretion is key at I Adore Love. We take privacy and discretion seriously. Your package will simply indicate it’s come from a shipping warehouse, nothing more. Your secret is safe with us.
All items are shipped from our US warehouse. The customer is responsible for any customs or duty fees that may be incurred if your package crosses a border. Please check your country’s customs regulations if you have any further questions.
For sanitary purposes and to ensure the safety of our customers, all sales are final. After you receive your package, be sure to check the items to make sure they are working properly. We will provide a refund for or replace defective items. Please return the items in their original packaging within 14 days. Items returned without original packaging will NOT be refunded.
In the event of a return, please include:
The original packing slip
A note telling us what the problem was
A note stating whether you would like a refund or a replacement of the defective item
Please note: As part of the return process, upon receipt of an authorized return, if the returned item is found to be in perfect working condition, a 25% restocking fee will be applied.
Please allow up to four weeks to receive your replacement or refund. Refunds will be applied to your payment account. We are dedicated to carrying only the highest quality adult products and maintaining attentive customer service. We hope you will be happy with our services.
It is possible to change an order that has not yet shipped. (Note: Orders generally ship within 24 business hours.) If you would like to change your order, please email us as soon as possible at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate you.

If it says on the packaging “waterproof” or “submersible”, your toy is waterproof. This is different from “water resistant”.

Yes, we ship internationally. You can order from anywhere in the world and have our products arrive right to you. Cost is dependent on weight. All customs duties and expenses are the responsibility of the customer.
